“Hind Hilal’s eponymous Palestine-based brand is a treasure trove of contemporary designs, subtly transmitting a message of empowerment.” Savoir Flair
HINDHILAL is a Palestine-based contemporary brand established in 2019 by the visionary Palestinian designer and architect Hind Hilal.
As an architect, Hind has chosen a distinctive path in the fashion field, challenging norms and defying expectations with her unwavering passion and dedication to creating her label.
Hind finds inspiration in the strong women around her, such as her mother, who gave Hind her first sewing machine in 2017, marking the beginning of Hind's journey to find her unique voice in fashion. The beauty of the women around her, in which she saw strength and resilience, has inspired Hind to create garments that empower and embody all features of the feminine.
In 2019, she launched her first collection, gaining immediate recognition for the quality of her work, featured in the prestigious British Vogue Magazine. Later, she pursued a master's degree in Fashion Design in the UK and returned to Palestine to open her atelier in 2022, and it grew to be her family’s cherished and devoted work.
Since then, HINDHILAL has taken part in international exhibitions, including the iconic building of Printemps Haussmann department store in Paris, and was described by the "Apartment 7B agency" as a brand "Redefining Fashion with Palestinian Craftsmanship."
In our cosy studio in Bethlehem City, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, making it uniquely yours. We create pieces that are a blend of traditional craftsmanship and a touch of modern inspiration, in which we celebrate the art of experimental tailoring with a genuine appreciation for our Palestinian heritage.
Hilal's architectural background and diverse set of skills are reflected in a range of well-tailored and enduring fashion pieces that offer a balanced play in structure, forms, and silhouettes. Hind fuses the beauty of architecture with fashion, embodying the strength and femininity of each woman through garments that weave structure with fluidity.
